Organizational Status

Our Lady of the Rosary School, Inc. is a Kentucky nonprofit corporation recognized as tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.

The organization operates exclusively for religious and educational purposes consistent with its Catholic mission.

Our Lady of the Rosary School, Inc. is an accredited educational institution through National Independent Study Accreditation Council. Accreditation status is maintained in accordance with accreditor standards and periodic review requirements.

Scope of Educational Services

Our Lady of the Rosary School, Inc. provides accredited educational programming, curriculum, academic oversight, grading services, transcript preparation, and related administrative services to enrolled students.

In addition, curriculum materials may be purchased by families nationwide for independent homeschool use.

The organization does not assume responsibility for individual state homeschool reporting requirements unless expressly agreed in writing.

Parents and guardians remain responsible for compliance with the laws of their respective states.

Interstate Enrollment Notice

Because families participate from multiple states, educational participation is subject to:

  • Applicable federal law
     

  • Kentucky nonprofit law
     

  • Individual state homeschool or private education regulations
     

Enrollment or curriculum purchase does not constitute representation that the program satisfies regulatory requirements in every jurisdiction.

Families are encouraged to verify local compliance obligations.

Accreditation Statement

Accreditation affirms that the institution meets established educational standards as evaluated by its accrediting body.

Accreditation does not guarantee:

  • Admission to any college or university
     

  • Transfer of credits to other institutions
     

  • Specific academic or career outcomes
     

Credit acceptance decisions are determined solely by receiving institutions.

Participation is voluntary and subject to published policies.
