Enrollment Process

Our Lady of the Rosary School has made enrollment as easy as possible without sacrificing individual choices. Each family situation is different and this requires options. Our Lady of the Rosary School thinks that parents should have as many options as feasible to help them design a program that academically and financially fits their particular needs. This is why our curriculum books can also be purchased by subject or individually.

Fill out one Family Application Form, and a Student Admission Form and High School Course Selection Form (if applicable), for each child.

How to submit payment:

Once the Family Application Form and Student Admission Form(s) are received, you will be sent an invoice via email that will contain all your student(s) curriculum. There will be a "pay invoice" button on the invoice to submit payment by credit card. There is also a Pay Pal option if you prefer to pay that way. Checks are also accepted and can be mailed to:
